People often quote statistics about how many people are now overweight or obese. It doesn’t help. Most of us have tried a diet and it only worked for a short time. We need a different approach. One that works with our biology and psychology. Will power alone doesn’t work.
It takes time and persistence to create and nurture new habits. I’ve designed a 4-week course which is intended to help you learn and relax. Allow your natural biological mechanisms to strengthen. It will require self-care. It will require you to give yourself permission to relax.
